Count Dracula 100 Years
Count Dracula 100 years 1
Count Dracula 100 years 2
The classic of vampire literature, the Irishman Bram Stoker's
Dracula was first published 100 years ago. Vampires, the blood-sucking
living dead, have been a source of inspiration for artists and researchers
for much longer: vampires have been known around the world for over 2,000
years.
| Count Dracula was seen on the big screen for the first time 75
years ago in F.W. Murnau's legendary Nosferatu. After that
countless vampire films have been released and the topic still seems to
interest filmmakers. There will be two screenings of short vampire films,
and they consist of animated and fictional films, and even one documentary.
For example, Mouseferatu, the sexy Vampiria, and a Brazilian
vampire bat will be seen on the silver screen. |
