Ihmisen raadollisuutta pelkistetyimmillään. Phil Mulloy - mustan huumorin tikkuhahmoja Iso-Britannia on kohta parikymmentä vuotta ollut animaatioelokuvan johtava maa. Tampereellakin on viime vuosina esitetty Aardmanin johdolla viljalti brittianimaation helmiä. Myös muutama Phil Mulloyn ohjaama lyhytanimaatio on ollut mukana ohjelmistossa. Kuvataiteita ja elokuvaa opiskellut Phil Mulloy (s. 1948) aloitti omien animaatioidensa tekemisen vuonna 1988. Mulloy on brittianimaation "yksinäinen susi" ja "yksinäisen tähden harhailija". Hän tekee elokuvissaan liki kaiken itse, musiikkia ja äänitehosteita lukuunottamatta. Mulloyn animaatiotaiteen tyyli on rujon pelkistettyä, hän luo luisevia tikkuhahmoanimaatioita. Hänen elokuviensa tarinat sykkivät tosi sysimustaa ja rosoista huumoria. Mulloy on tehnyt toistaiseksi yli 30 animaatiota. Hänen tunnetuin teoksensa on Tampereellakin esitetty The Sound of Music (1993). Mulloy on erikoistunut omintakeisten sarjojen luomiseen: vuonna 1992 syntyi kuusiosainen Cowboys, sitä seurasi Maailman historian episodit 10, 16 ja 65 ja sen jälkeen hän loihti omaan tyyliinsä Kymmenen käskyä.
