Jason Wishnow has been called the "enfant terrible of digital film " and lauded as one of the ten most influential digital filmmakers of 1999. Wishnow founded the New Venue in 1996 which was the first curated showcase of movies made specifically for the Internet. In 2001, Wishnow held the first film fest for the Palm platform, "The Aggressively Boring Film Festival". Wishnow's background is in traditional and new media. He has directed documentaries for UK Channel 4, worked for Woody Allen's production office, and designed music web sites for Polygram, Universal and BMG records.

Peter Hoddie has a clear vision of where digital media technology is headed. For nearly a decade, he has played a central role in defining, building and promoting Apple's trailblazing QuickTime technology. In 2000, he founded Generic Media with the goal of radically simplyfying both the publishing and viewing of digital media by introducing the industry's first on-demand, real-time media transcoding server. While at Generic Media, Peter also helped to create the gMovie Player, the leading video technology for Palm handhelds, in partnership with Sony. Peter has also contributed to several digital media standards including MPEG-4, JPEG-200 and SMIL. Peter left Generic Media to exploring new technologies in the area of mobile media.

Erkki Huhtamo is an internationally known media scholar, curator and television director. Mr Huhtamo has produced several books on media art and media
archaeology. His writings have been published in 12 languages. Huhtamo has
curated several media art exhibitions in Finland and elsewhere. He has been involved in organizing many international media events, also as a jury member. He has lectured widely in different parts of the world and directed television programmes on media culture for Finnish Television (YLE). At present he is an Associate Professor of Media History and Theory, UCLA, Dept. of Design / Media Arts, UCLA, Los Angeles.
Martin Reinhart has developed a new film technique which has been astonishing audiences at international film and multi media festivals. tx-transform is a film technique in which the time and space axes are transposed. Reinhart has been working on this technique and refining it since 1992. tx-transform was presented to the public for the first time at the Ars Electronica in Linz in September of 1998. Martin Reinhart has directed also several short films and he has done freelance work in film production and criticism. He has manufactured cameras for Otto Nemenz International (Hollywood) and spent several years applying experimental film techniques to his artwork.

Bo-Erik Gyberghas long experience in producing short films and documentaries and acting as a commissioning consultant with the Swedish Film Institute in the same field. Jussi Koski (M.Sc) joined Sonera Mobile Operations at 1996 and has worked on technology development concentrating on UMTS service evolution and first mobile multimedia applications. Currently he is working as a director in Mobile Application Development and is responsible for the application development of Mspace, Sonera's public 3G service exploration laboratory.
